27: Zoe A. - first call

🔸 I'm a little shook, feeling out of my depth here. Zoe presents with wanting to know an inner child. This one sent me back to the drawing board. #1: do no harm.



🔹 Part (Location, Fear, Rather be doing, Age, Needs):

- Scared Inner child. And the part telling her to grow up. - Grow up part is above her - Its afraid she will go out and be hurt, shes too vulnerable - Thinks shes 7-8 - Needs reasurrance



🎓 What I'd like to do differently:

I talk too much. not enough questions, not enough trusting the process. I'm hiring an expert whom I can ask questions from this call, and other tough calls.
