🔸 That exile is still happy! (Though a part wants to feed her answers). We do half an unburdening with the lonely tween.
🔹 Part (Location, Fear, Rather be doing, Age, Needs):
The lonely tween, boy trouble. "Not worth knowing" and "feeling sorry for myself"
🎓 What I'd like to do differently:
Im encouraged by this success and Rachel’s pace. She has been doing 2 sessions per week with me, so I'm hitting the gas too. But, maybe that's causing me to make mistakes (she shut down when I pushed us to an uncontracted part).
I think I was paying in the second half of the call for my haste in the first half, that’s why I was kinda freezing up. I'm overwhelmed by too many parts, she’s blended, we're talking late late at night. Lots for me to improve on here.
And lots to celebrate: the massive win of the unburdening sticking with the 5 year old. If we keep the pace of an exile unburdened every couple calls, that would be huge.
