116: Hanna A. - first call

🔸 The rage, the suppressor of rage, and the hurt part underneath them. With her experience and clarity, a part of me worries I'll waste her time, just going through the motions. We're delighted to be proven wrong!

🎓 What I'd like to do differently:

I was surprised to learn today that Hanna has not listened to the podcast, and was unaware of exactly what I do! I often make assumptions about how people find me, and need to find more ways to pre-empt that.
