As a former therapist and U.S. Army Veteran with a career that began working in corrections, there’s nothing she hasn’t seen, heard, or smelled, allowing her to hold space for even the most complicated headspaces.


She harnesses those skills in her work as a Life Coach for Life Coaches and Practitioners, combining mindset management with the energy modality EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques, most commonly referred to as “tapping”) to help her clients create a process for feeling and understanding  their emotions so they can think clearly and get shit done.
