Unfortunately, the reality is that most of us have limiting beliefs when it comes to fitness that get in the way of us thriving in this area of our lives. Sad truth is that we don’t even know these are limiting beliefs, because we often take them as fact.


As a Coach I choose to constantly challenge these “facts."  Why? Because they ain’t serving you or helping you thrive and I’m not here for that.
