I took a little time to return to my podcasts, as the LL Sisterhood launched just a couple weeks ago and my heart and all my brain space went into that baby.


But now Iโ€™m pretty pumped to bring you this 2 part series on our Relationship to Fitness!


Before I share with you tools that are helpful in navigating and building a more positive relationship to fitness in Part 2, I felt it was important that I share with you a little piece of my own story when it comes to fitness, movement and sport.


I take you right back to my early childhood days where it sounds like I came out of the womb excited about movement. Tune in to hear about my deep love for the jolly jumper! ๐Ÿ˜‰


This episode shares with you about the little girl who loved movement and dreamed about being the first girl to play in World Cup Soccer, to the girl who became resentful about sports because they cut into her calorie burning time at the gym. She then became the young women who decided to take on the fitness industry and prove them all wrong in her early twenties, while she healed from her own demons.


Yowzers, it has been a journey to say the least!
