When you truly understand, that’s when you sense the urgency. You become motivated, and that motivation is the jet fuel for your journey of change. The hotter it burns, the more likely it will get you through unavoidable and unpredictable setbacks, your motivations will give you mental clarity moments of doubt, and anything that pops up to throw you off the course.
Each of us may have unique challenges in our lifestyle journey, but I think that all of those can be classified into three points. I call it the 3Ps of change which I will explain in this episode.
