You define yourself by who you are, not what you do. In today's episode, I dive back into your WHY and it's importance! Following my last episode on understand your WHY (linked here), so many of you asked if I could do round two on this and try to unravel how we can even begin to define our WHY. Although I can't give you step by step on how to define your WHY, I do walk you through things that your WHY should embody, which will allow you to get thinking about your WHY. I also dive into a little something called "Ikigai" (e-key-guy). Yeah, it sounds crazy, but its an amazing concept used in Japanese culture that dates back hundreds of years... And has a lot to do with your WHY.

Remember, your WHY is personal. It is not a marketing pitch. Your WHY is going to evolve, change, and transform with the different phases of your life. Once you have a better understanding of this concept, you will be able to truly find fulfillment and happiness in everything that you do.
