Quick Coaching Tip (QCT): Watch your language! Do you say things like "my pants ripped" or "I wanted to ask you a question" or "my boss made me so angry"? If so, this shows a passive, victim mentality. A better way to say these is "I ripped my pants" or "I want to ask you a question" or "I got so angry today because my boss did..." See the difference.
