On this week's episode of Life and Lessons, you're going to hear a conversation between me and Andrew Tindall.

You may remember Andrew as the guy who managed to last on the BBC's Young Apprentice for three-times longer than I did, but off-screen, Andrew has a really interesting story.

Having studied for a medical degree at a prestigious university, Andrew changed directions not once, but twice; first, by changing his degree halfway through, and then by starting a career in the alcohol industry.

Today, Andrew is a Brand Activation Manager at Bacardi, where it's his job to help you find an affinity with the alcohol brands you interact with.

In the next hour, you're going to learn about:

The alcohol industry and how it really worksWhy we make the choices we do when presented with a bar full of drinksThe real benefits of going to university, some of which have absolutely nothing to do with formal educationWhat working in care homes and hospices with those at the end of their lives can teach us about ours

And so much more.
