Inside Ageing with Cathi Rae

Cathi Rae, poet, spoken word artist and model is hot, outspoken, sharp-suited, out there, often naked on Instagram and has a lot to say about how ageing women are viewed.

 In her professional life she has recently been funded by The British Research Council to work on a PhD on poetry and marginalised lives - proof that it's possible to start a new career at 60.

She is active in challenging ageism in the fashion industry and promotes body positivity/body normativity via her Instagram @cathirae showing images of her perfectly ordinary ageing body to make older women visible/attractive and vibrant.

She offers writing workshops/seminars on ageing and is very available for poetry/spoken word performance.
