I invite one of my closest friends onto the show, Isaiah Luce. Isaiah recently completed an 18 month rigorous program through the Army Special Forces Qualification Course and is now identified as a Green Beret. It was the most physical, mental and spiritual depleting experience of his life.

Though he is an Active Duty Army Service Member, he shares a LOT of lessons learned that can help all of us in the hardship and season of life we are currently in.
