RESET - Reflections to Cultivate Authentic Connections

19 episodes - English - Latest episode: almost 2 years ago - ★★★★★ - 1 rating

After living through an entire decade of one tragedy after another, I had a choice, allow the trauma and pain to consume me or let it to shape me. I chose the latter. Not only shape me, but to utilize the darkest experiences of my life to empower and inspire people like you. Through my healing process I became fascinated by the power of connection. I realized that authentic connection to others was the greatest healer of all. I knew this for myself and wondered if it was the same for others. I have since come to know, it is in fact, the same for everyone. Here I share genuine reflections through the lens of loss, tragedy, pain and trauma. Leaving you empowered, connected and ready to carry on in hope. Regardless of your current and past circumstances. Thanks for being here! Connection towards healing, Eva

Do you fear death? Does the thought of losing someone you love scare you?  Joanna and I talk about how we can get comfortable with death and how it can be our greatest teacher.  Talking about death and processing the fact that we are all going to die can really shift how we live on a daily basis and prepare us for when we lose someone we love.  If death has never been discussed, it is debilitating to live through when we do lose someone we love.  Being comfortable and prepared for death ...

Then lead into how we were raised around sex and how we are introducing sex to our children. We then finish off by going into detail about the challenges many women face in their sexual rel...
