In episode 3 Živilė talked with her Yoga teacher and mentor Yogacharya Rakesh. 

Yogacharya translated from Sanskrit language means the master or teacher of Yoga.  

Rakesh together with Yogacharya Arvind is a founder of Samyak Yoga Teacher Training Institute in Mysore, India. He was introduced to Yoga and guided by Dr Ramachandra Bhatt, the chief Acharya of Veda Vijnana Gurukulam, Vice-Chancellor of SVYASA Yoga University, Bangalore. Veda Vijnana Gurukulam is a Vedic-Yogic monastery wherein students' study, speak and live Sanskrit. The Yogic, The Vedic and Vedanta texts are studied in Sanskrit while practicing what you study. 

Rakesh gained his Bachelor and Master's degrees in Sanskrit at Veda Vijnana Gurukulam. He also has Master’s in Yogic Sciences at SVYASA Yoga University, Bangalore. 

In a relaxed conversational manner, we discussed Rakesh’s journey towards Yoga, living and studying at the traditional Gurukulam and how it all led to creating Samyak Yoga Teacher Training institute. We talked about Yoga tradition, what it means now and how it is interpreted in modern days. How balanced and regulated discipline can help us to free ourselves from limiting beliefs into metacognition and create bigger inner container (or resilience) to meet a variety of difficulties that get thrown at us every day. How Yoga changes our perception and helps to detoxify our nervous system, and what’s the difference between Western and Eastern faith (neither is good or bad).
