Prelimine has created a drafting and editing tool specifically for litigators! LitKit automates tasks that waste litigators’ time when drafting briefs and other legal documents so they can focus on substance rather than form. With Prelimine's LitKit, litigators can stop wasting time on redaction, citation, and formatting issues that are regular pain points for lawyers and paralegals, especially at crunch-time when that deadline is rapidly approaching. Another great aspect of this interview, is we finally got the episode where the tool was born out of necessity with the COVID-19 pandemic acting as the catalyst. After working from home in the middle of the pandemic, Jacob was able to see the headaches his litigator-wife, Florentina, was experiencing trying to format legal documents. He had a built in user to immediately test what he was developing! In this episode, recent guest Kristin Hodgins, joined us again as a co-host.
