We envision a new era where buying your house, refinancing your mortgage or running your real estate business will be powered by technology instead of paperwork and rubber stamps. As it happened in other industries, software will give us more freedom by unlocking full control and flexibility of what we own. This is what Federico Pomi, CEO of Fabrica, and Legal Counsel, Daniel Rollingher joined us to discuss. At present, they are focusing on transferring real property where title is held in a trust. The trust is then transferred via #blockchain​ in the form of an #NFT​. Currently, Fabrica is working on proving the concept... proving that property ownership can be successfully transacted in this fashion. Lawyers and #legaltech​ communities need to pay attention.
