Andy Wilson knows a thing or two about #legaltech. He's been operating in the legal technology space since 2004. Back when legal technology was eDiscovery and eDiscovery was legaltech. We were lucky to have him join the show because he has incredible experience in building a company, building the product, building the cloud, and then building a new version of his #eDiscovery company in cloud-based service on AWS. Not only did he build a venture backed company, but he built a bootstrapped company for many years, which allowed them to build the cloud service, before becoming venture-backed. At the point they decided to seek outside capital, it was all about growing at a faster rate. It wasn't a decision made easily. Andy spends a lot of time describing the thought process he went through before accepting outside money and from who to accept that money.
