In this episode, Sam talks about Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) and some of the symptoms. She opens up a little about her own discovery of having SAD and admitting that it affects her.

We don't benefit from downplaying our emotions. When we admit we feel a certain way, we empower ourselves to seek answers and take control of how to improve our circumstances. We have some control over seasonal depression, with our habits, exposure to the sunlight, etc. Once we find out that we have SAD, we can then do something about it. Sam suggests some fixes to seasonal affective disorder and encourages you to take charge of your health.
