Dr Tony Mays joined COL as Education Specialist: Open Schooling in February 2019. Throughout his career, Tony has been involved with the strategic leadership and operational management of distance education with extensive experience in sub-Saharan Africa. He previously served as Manager of the Unit for Distance Education, Faculty of Education, University of Pretoria and before that as a Senior Programme Specialist at Saide.
