Gemma Moore is a spark finder, a word spinner and a marketing strategist who loves helping women business owners find and share their SPARK with the world. She has a BA in Media Studies (Radio & Print) and is a former producer for ABC Radio where she first discovered the magic of stories. Gemma specializes in writing winning business award submissions and creating successful Facebook Ad campaigns and is joining Shannon today to chat all things Business Awards!

We kick off this episode with Shannon and Gemma chatting about perfection in business with Gemma sharing how for a long she felt like a failure for not achieving the success she thought she deserved – and only after delving deeper into her own self was she able to dig out the gold and begin to gain traction – Gemma shares how in 2018 she kept herself accountable by applying for her own business award, and taking time to really look back and see how many people she had helped and what she had accomplished – and celebrating it.
