Welcome to another episode of the Law of Effortlessness Podcast with your host and #businessyoda Shannon Bush, today joined by Jay Crisp Crow!

On today’s episode, we’re joined by copywriter and founder of the Crisp Copy Class, Jay Crisp Crow from Crisp Copy. Jay is here to share with us her experience of uncovering and meeting her Thrive Factor Archetypes. She describes the very moment in time when her results came through and she felt a strong ‘YES! this makes complete sense’ when meeting her own Mentor Teacher who now plays an important role in her business.  Jay shares how knowing her Thrive Factor gave her permission to share and give more without fear of overdoing it.  Shannon describes how she first noticed Jay’s Mentor Teacher shining through with a compassionate and generous nature, but also the challenge of not being able to share the knowledge.

You’ll hear Shannon chat about the impact of participating in Jay’s programs in the early stages and watching Jay’s journey progress into what has now become the third round of the Crisp Copy Class.

Jay is also an Advocate Rescuer and describes it as being much closer to her soul and also being over-generous. As Jay stepped into the Advocate Rescuer she learned an important lesson from Shannon: that Advocate Rescuer is a huge advocate for herself and needed to be put to work for herself first, before others. In her business, it takes the form of teaching others to use their voices and amplify them by sharing what they want and need to say and not what is ‘safe’. The Mediator Diplomat is also one of Jay’s Thrive Factor Archetypes, her daughter Ella describes this part of Jay as being the mediator and holder of all things – and the balance to the Mentor Teacher and Advocate Rescuer.
