097: Laughter Yoga Training

I cannot contain my excitement. We are getting to 100 episodes! It has been a labour of love. I am grateful to you for walking through this journey with me. Things are about to get bigger and better. I will officially be training laughter leaders starting from the first weekend of April.

I have been training basic laughter yoga, where basically, by the end of the day, you can completely understand what laughter yoga is all about the history of laughter yoga is. Where it came from, how it was founded, about laughter community how you can find laughter, yogis, and how you can find other laughter yoga groups, benefits of laughter and be able to laugh online with people.

We have a couple of full laughter sessions during the training day, which are amazing. The full session where we do a little introduction and lots of different breathing laughing exercises, to the point of uncontrollable laughter.

With the leader training course, I'm excited because it means I can start bringing more laughter yoga leaders into the world. You will be able to confidently run your laughter sessions, and you'd be able to start your own laughter yoga club, a laughter club in your area. You'll be able to bring laughter yoga into your workplace, into your community, into your social activities by the end of the two-day course.

We'll do everything in a day. On the second day, we'll allow you to run a session then. I want to make sure that everybody has the skills, the knowledge, and the confidence ultimately to be able to step out of that training and start their journey when it comes to laughter yoga.
