Do you get a lot of hate from people online? I'm betting most of you don't.

That said I see posts every once in a while from lash influencers giving tips on how to deal with hate...and I always wonder do these influencers really know why they're getting hate? Do their followers get a lot of hate?

In today's episode, we talk about why we feel they get a lot of hate and we also talk about who building someone else's dreams doesn't have to be a bad thing.

We want you to apply for the 2nd annual Lashie Awards! If you have a lash business, then you need to apply and see how your business stacks up against other business owners.

To be eligible, you need the following:

- Your business opened by January 1, 2022
- Your business is in the lash industry
- You completely fill out the applicant information portion of this form
- You completely fill out the essays for the categories you want to enter
- You paid the non-refundable $75 processing fee for the online application
- Submit photos if submitting for best salon design
- Submit photos/images if submitting for the best marketing

If you qualify, you need to pick one of two divisions to be in.
