In this Episode, Lalitha describes how while googling for a 30-min workout consisting of warm-up And cool down, she bumped into the Day 1 of 12 Week 3.0 version workout programĀ by Heather Robertson, one month after she completed the 1.0 version.
A part of her was feeling guilty for the gap, but after completing the exercise and writing about her experience in the comments section of the YouTube video, she realized that she can write an article and create a Podcast Episode to offset the guilt.
She shared the following benefits that she derived by doing the 1.0 version of the 12 week program:
