Al Stahler Explores: Proposed Idaho-Maryland Mine Project

Last May, the Nevada County Planning Commission voted a recommendation that the Board of Supervisors NOT certify the final Environmental Impact Report and deny the use permit for the reopening of the Idaho Maryland Mine.  Recently, Rise Grass Valley filed a petition for recognition of vested rights to conduct mining operations at the Idaho Maryland Mine. Al Stahler spoke with with Ralph Silberstine of the Mine Watch Campaign.
