On this episode of Industry Celebrites Podcast, Kimberly interviews Stacy Westbay, the founder of Revenue Edge. Stacy holds an MBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University. A firm dedicated to assisting multifamily organizations by providing revenue management solutions.

Before she became a seasoned professional in the Multifamily Real Estate, she started her career as a part-time leasing consultant for JPI in 1996 then while she entered grad school, she interned at Verde Apartment Communities. She was an Asset Manager and eventually became their Vice President of Asset Management. After Verde Apartment Communities sold to Camden, Stacy decided there was a need to teach others about revenue management and started Revenue Edge. With revenue management, she had the opportunity to help people on their strategic initiatives from a pricing perspective and also get to focus on helping those who don't have a deep understanding about what revenue management is and how it can help their business.

She shared what she liked the most about working in the industry, and it’s being able to channel her passion for educating people on the business side. She enjoyed imparting her knowledge and expertise to non-believers for she knows that she can make them believe in the system that her company is offering.  Listen to the rest of the episode where Stacy shares some valuable pieces of advice for her younger self and those who want to be a part of the multifamily industry.
