#030 The 30th episode of Kickass Every Day (yes 30!) talks about meditation. The many benefits of it and how it is the perfect companion to personal development. Meditation has had a powerful and positive impact in my life as it has for many others as well.

There is no right or wrong way to meditate and there is a style out there for everyone. The best way to get started is to just try out a few and to see what works for you. I have listed a few good resources on my website for you to check out.
