Ryan Smeeton runs for Oklahoma State University, and has represented Canada at the 2019 World Athletics Championships, running the 3,000m steeplechase. Smeeton chats with host Laura Dickson from Stillwater, Oklahoma, where he's opted to stay and train during the holidays in order to take advantage of the warm weather and long stretches of country roads and trails.
