Keep It Running is a weekly podcast hosted by university athletes, for university athletes and alumni. Each Friday, hosts Courtney Hufsmith (University of Saskatchewan) and Laura Dickinson (Syracuse University) have a conversation with a fellow varsity athlete. They talk training, balancing school and sports, and how they are staying connected to the track through the Pandemic.

Hufsmith and Dickinson met at the World University Games in Italy, where both were competing for Canada. There, they decided to start a podcast.
