Mimi Dane is the CEO of the Belford Family Charitable Fund and former CEO of Flying Horse Farms. Mimi completed her undergraduate degree at St. Norbert College and graduated with a Master’s in English at Western Michigan University. After graduating from Ohio State University - Moritz College of Law, Mimi served as a law clerk for the Honorable Louis Pollak. She then began a 21-year career with Squire Patton Boggs, where she eventually became a partner. At Squire Patton Boggs, Mimi handled the legal strategy for the case of Butch Reynolds, an athlete. He was suspended after the International Association of Athletics Federation wrongly accused him of drug use. After over two decades of practicing law, Mimi entered the nonprofit world and joined the board of Flying Horse Farms, a nonprofit camp in Ohio. Mimi eventually served Flying Horse Farms as its CEO until 2018, when she became Chief Executive of the Belford Family Charitable Fund.
