– Michelle Schubnel

Michelle Schubnel and her team have trained thousands of coaches worldwide to attract great clients and build sustainable, profitable and rewarding coaching businesses.

With her Coach & Grow R.I.C.H. and Group Coaching Success training programs, Michelle guides smart, serious and high-achieving coaches to take proven steps forward to create six-figure businesses.

Michelle began coaching in 1998 and has received training from Coach U, Corporate Coach U, the Graduate School of Coaching, BusinessCoach.com, Experts Academy, High Performance Academy and many others.  She holds a B.A. from Brown University, is a member of the International Coach Federation and has spoken at dozens of coaching events and conferences worldwide.

In 2000, Michelle Schubnel took the leap to exit a six-figure software sales job. In this position, she was successful closing multi-million dollar software logistics management contracts with clients in South America, Europe, Asia, and the USA. Even though she was an integral part of a growing software start-up, she knew in her heart that she was meant to make a bigger difference, so she set her sights on blazing her own trail as a coach, business owner and entrepreneur.

Since then Michelle has earned millions of dollars in her thriving business that allows her to make a big impact with her clients and customers and enables her to live the life she desires. She regularly enjoys long weekends skiing, seeing live music, rooting for the NY Yankees, spending time with family and friends and enjoying an active Northern California lifestyle with her husband.
