Note: English translations might sound occasionally unnatural as English, as I try to preserve the structure and essence of the original Japanese. I hope it also helps you to capture the pattern of the sentence structure.

「 Let’s talk with me! 」

[00:06]

Everyone, good morning, good day(hello), good evening!

[00:11]

It’s a bit different today. Now answer as follows.

[00:18]

How do you do. I’m Yoko.

→ How do you do. I’m (your name).

[00:25]

1.  How do you do.  I’m Yoko.

→ How do you do.  I’m (your name).

2.  Where are you from?

→ I’m from (your country or city).

3.  Nice to meet you.

→ Nice to meet you.

[00:50]

Actually “yoroshiku“ is a very convenient phrase and you might hear a lot in different situations.  It could mean; “Nice to meet you.”,”I’m looking forward to working with you.”, “Thank you in advance.”, “Please take care of this/someone.”, ”I’m counting on you.”

Meanwhile, “douzo” means “Please.”, “Here you are.” or “Go ahead.” You might hear it a lot, too.

[01:23]

We continue practicing.
