Have you suffered from loneliness or started to feel lonely recently? In today's podcast, I will be talking about neuroplasticity and pathways in the brain. We will be talking about this topic in its simplest form so that it can be understood and adapted in everyday life.
After listening to this podcast, you will have a better understanding of how pathways are built in the brain but, more importantly, what you can do to change these pathways and serve you.
For instance, I use the example of friendship in this podcast. If a pathway has been created about a perception of friendship, then it could lead to a particular behavior pattern and, ultimately, a particular action. Isolating this process in mind and altering this is the best way to change your current reality.
