In 2007 Erica and Zoe founded BluePrintCleanse, cementing their legacy as pioneers in the now multi-billion dollar cold pressed juice industry. After five years of unprecedented growth they sold BluePrint in December of 2012, marking one of the few times they’ve left before the party was over. It wasn’t long before they joined the party again and started a new nutritional supplement company. They started the company Earth and Star which is introducing the world of functional mushrooms to the world in delicious and fun ways.
