In this episode I share all my secrets to tracking your meals. I also go into the pros and cons of tracking calories and macros for anyone who is considering using this method. If you've ever tracked your finances, your weights lifted in the gym, or your mileage driven for taxed then you know the importance of tracking calories.

My argument is that the awareness you gain from tracking your calories for 1 year of your life will be priceless in the long run because you will have a newfound awareness around how much food you need to look good, move well, and have plenty of energy to live life without needed to "diet" ever again.

Once you achieve the physique you desire, knowing how many calories and macro counts you need to sustain that physique is what people are truly after in my opinion and that's what I talk about on this episode.
