This week we had the pleasure of interviewing Kelsey Myers, who is an age group triathlete, about to embark on the triathlon adventure of a lifetime. This this winter Kelsey will be undertaking a "Global Triathlon" in which she will be completing 7 olympic distance triathlons in 7 continents in 7 days in order to fund raise for ZGIRLS.

Beyond being an athlete, Kelsey is an entrepreneur, and fierce advocate for women in sport. She tells us about what got her into triathlon, and what keeps her going today. As well, we hear about how she's making her mark in a male dominated space and helping other women do the same.
