I like to use the acronym, ASK, to help me remember them.

Awareness
Are there particularly symbols, patterns, sayings that pop-up on a daily basis?
Share + Recognize
Talk about the experience. Acknowledge what just happened even if it doesn’t seem significant at the time.
Keep Connected to Gratitude
A thank you to whomever or whatever is coming through. It takes the pressure off of “am I doing this right?”
Over time with practice, intuition builds. Patterns and symbols are recognized. They become the language used to communicate with loved ones and Angels.
