I'm excited to introduce this week's guest, Walker Brandt. We had a fantastic conversation about nature, outdoor adventures, and healing from trauma. Walker is such a beautiful, positive person who has been through a lot of challenges in her early life, and she’s sought support from nature in getting through them.

Early on in the episode, Walker talks about some good advice that she received: that our stories don’t belong to us; they belong to the people who can benefit from hearing them for healing and growth. I hope that this episode inspires you to not only seek help from nature in your own healing, but to tell your story to help others heal themselves.

About Walker Brandt

Refusing to be broken at the age of 14 during a suicide attempt, Walker began her independent journey to overcome the trauma of growing up in a violent alcoholic family. A voice that day told her to “Stop. Leave.” She listened and left home as a teen runaway and later became an emancipated minor at 16.

As a child, escaping into nature and her keen imagination taught her to heal, resolve and evolve through her connection to creation and the Divine energy found there. It became her dream to create a life unrecognizable to what she had experienced in her family. Through a dedicated commitment to personal training and development, she began to choose her own path. An innately creative personality led her to the craft of acting as a young adult. She embraced the unknown and began affirming her dreams with the belief that creating success was possible!

In March 2020, her first book, AWAKEN – Discovering Yourself Through the Light of Your Innocence, was released. Awaken shares her intimate journey to overcome the trauma of her youth and the anxiety it had caused. Awaken was written to assist others in consciously creating a movement within of happiness and success. Choosing to awaken is an intentional and conscious shift in energy to expand beyond the bondage of past circumstances and into their happiness and success personally & professionally.

Walker’s image and personality have been utilized in the entertainment and advertising industries for over 25 years. She has appeared in international blockbuster films, TV shows, and thousands of Advertising Campaigns and commercials for global brands.
