EP096 - Today, my guest Darlene Marshall was kind enough to come on for round two after an epic conversation during round one, which you can find inside of EP065.

Trying to say what Darlene is in terms of a title would not do her justice so just let me tell you that while I could tell you that she is an expert when it comes to Applied Positive Psychology, Personal Training, podcasting, and being an author and coach for many, I think the way she answered the question, 'What are you training for?' sums her up amazingly:

"I am always training for my own potential and function in a million different ways. I can't use my gifts if I can't get outta bed whether it's my knees or it's my noodle."
