EP114 - What's the point of listening to a podcast if you're not going to take action?

Don't get me wrong...sometimes I just want to relax and listen to one of my favorite podcasts but for me - and I'm willing to bet you as well if you're listening to this - I listen to podcasts because I want to grow, expand, and get better!

For years I let the dramatic dopamine hits of listening to amazing ideas flood my world and leave no time/room for action as I consumed more and more content.

But the more time you spend consuming the less time you have actually to act on the shit you're consuming.
