I remember once a long time ago not to make big decisions at night. It's one of those "grandpa used to say" lines, and it's true! After the brain has been awake for an extended time, our logical/rational executive thinking ability starts to deteriorate.

So perhaps the middle of the night may not be the best time for thought-work needed to sleep better. A thought download, a helpful way to demonstrate to your brain that you are aware of the negative thoughts or worries that may be driving your insomnia, may be best done during the day, when you are thinking more logically and rationally!

But an important BOLD decision can and should be made at night! Tune in to learn more!
