Having trouble sleeping can feel like you’re dealing with an entity that has a life of it’s own. A condition that can suddenly flare up for no particular reason, like an inflammatory disorder.

This is not the case. In reality, when you are worried that insomnia will come back, you’re worried that you will go back to the thought patterns and habits that created the problem in the first place.

Do you have trouble sleeping? Can’t sleep? Have questions about insomnia or sleep? Please leave a comment or send me an email at [email protected] and I will be happy to share my thoughts as a video or audio reply.
