A health scare has started to affect Mark's sleep. For the past 10 days he has not slept well despite spending 8 hours in bed. He is wondering if a large dose of Vitamin D 10 days ago may be the culprit. In this episode we will see how a trigger + initial sleep disturbance + wondering what is causing it + trying to fix it is the perfect recipe for chronic insomnia.
