Stephanie and myself answer questions from two viewers:
Angela has had trouble sleeping for 20 years and wonders to what degree a condition like chronic fatigue syndrome will stand in the way of CBT being effective. Jamie is noticing improvements in her sleep after starting to implement CBT techniques. She is sleeping in a separate bed and wonders at what point she should join her bed partner.
Do you have trouble sleeping? Can’t sleep? Have questions about insomnia or sleep? Please leave a comment or send me an email at [email protected] and I will be happy to share my thoughts as a video or audio reply.
