Visioning is energy, and it’s also somewhat abstract. Defining your career vision may be unfamiliar or feel like navel-gazing or a waste of time. Figuring out your next career path requires a destination. Your vision is your north star, and through a series of career visioning questions, this episode will help you get started defining it. You might be tempted to skip doing this work. Please don’t skip it. If you think you don’t have time, consider this idea. A great way to keep a woman from unleashing her potential and ambition in the world is to have her believe she has more important tasks to do and that she doesn’t’ have the means, time or ability to imagine her own future. .
