Visioning is energy, and it’s also somewhat abstract. Defining your career vision may be unfamiliar or feel like navel-gazing or a waste of time. Figuring out your next career path requires a destination. Your vision is your north star, and through a series of career visioning questions, this episode will help you get started defining it.
