Previous Episode: Order into Chaos
Next Episode: Overwhelming Stress

The first step in preparedness is accepting responsibility for your outcomes. For some that may be difficult, they don't have the belief they can learn, they may be in a culture with well defined roles or they may not be supported by those around them.
Building self confidence through the adoption of skills is free. In preparedness we champion first building you through physical, mental and financial health, then learning skill sets to navigate exogenous shocks and finally, if necessary, to acquire equipment to fill a well defined gap in your family preparedness plan.
In this episode we use the six animalistic requirements to cover the range of skills that will build your self confidence, are free and will improve your preparedness.
Build you, make yourself exceptionally capable of leading you and your family through shocks. You and your family are worth it.
