The funny thing is that when we feel stuck it's not because of the emotional loop we're experiencing, but moreso our lack of experiencing. I'm going to break down what most of us are doing *cough* repressing our emotions *cough* instead of actually syncing with them and allowing them to guide us home to who we really are. I used to be the queen at repressing how I felt, and the thing is most of us (myself included) are doing this without any concious awareness. When we aren't connected to our emotions we are basically in a limbo state where we aren't really experiecing the full lows or the full highs of our lives. This state of being leads to one thing - everyone is searching for a high to distract them or to make them feel connected to the depth and beauty of life. But I'm not joking when I say that your life really can be a high all the time. No need to disract yourself, no more confusion - just freedom. Let me break this all down!
