Chelsea recaps her 2021 from a personal POV and shares 10 (ok maybe 11) key learnings:
- therapy is up and down and finding a good one is hard. the days you don’t want to go is when you should go
- rejection is redirection.
- develop failure tolerance.
- stop underestimating the basics and trying to quantum leap
- it’s okay to block people while you heal
- vulnerability relieves you
- just bc something didn’t work out doesn’t make you less of anything
- cleaning clears mental clutter
- be childlike, playful, and an idiot
- it’s okay to change your mind. it may mean something will take longer, but ask yourself what’s the rush. then what?
