This week my son asked about his worthiness in relation to the movie Thor. As I sat down to think about the topic, I can't help but think of the parable of the Prodigal Son in the book of Luke. How do we learn from these stories as parents? How can we relate them to our own lives and children? Although the Bible intends to have God be the father in the story and we are the children, it is also important to view it from the parental side of the coin.
