Richard explains why there aren't a lot of Fintech shows: "It's all about know-how. It's quite a complex world and it's a world that you have to live in and be in to understand. On top of that, there's only a certain percentage of people that actually like talking."

Richard gives some tips on how to market a podcast: "I think writing some really good and clear show notes with clear wording helps people understand whether they want to jump in to that show or not. Without that, it's a bit messier. You can lose people."
